Gem City hopes that you will not have a need to return your purchases to us or have any difficulties with your order. No return of food is accepted, under any circumstances. Gem City cannot be responsible for damage if you (or the recipient of a gift) are not present at time of delivery and the damage occurs as a result of the delay in claiming the package. Also Gem City cannot be responsible for heat damage, (see Shipping Information for details).
We highly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be able to receive the package when it is delivered. Chocolate left outside your home all day may be damaged by weather that is too hot, cold, rainy or humid.
When returning any product to Gem City for any reason you must first obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) from Gem City customer service. The RA# will be your tracking number of our products. Any products returned to Gem City without an RA# will be returned to sender.
Products Damaged in Shipping
All merchandises leaves our business in perfect condition. It then becomes the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY to claim for damages with the delivering carrier.
If you receive products that were damaged during shipping we ask that you contact the shipping company.
